Program description
The Michael Evans Consulting Appointment Alerts SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, Microsoft Teams links, and secure appointment-management links after you provide a mobile number and check the optional text-consent box.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. A typical appointment may generate a confirmation and up to two reminders, plus messages for changes you request. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation that your request was processed. Reply HELP for help. For support, email mevans@michaelevans.consulting.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing services. You represent that you are authorized to receive messages at the mobile number you provide.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
